Refund policy

At Anivahub, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order.
30-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, not working, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement. If a replacement isn't possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Anivahub makes the final decision on whether to replace or refund.
What We Need From You
Email us at psecom1122@gmail.com with:
- your order number and the name used on the order
- a short description of the problem
- a clear video showing the problem (plus photos of the package if it was damaged in transit)
In most cases you do not need to ship the item back. We reply within 1-2 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse or not following the care instructions (for example, washing the battery/top unit of the water fountain under water).
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- One claim per order.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us. We will work with the carrier and, if the package cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you.
Change of Mind
Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind, or for items that have been used and are working correctly. Please read the product description carefully, and feel free to email us any questions before you order.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible - orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g. PayPal), it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
