Shipping policy

Anivahub currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time

Items shipped from our US warehouse (marked on the product page): usually 3-7 business days after shipping. All other items: usually 7-15 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking can take 1-3 business days to show updates after the label is created.

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Some items cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately - we can update the address only before the order ships.
